1. The video of all sites that join the conference is output to an
independent display device (large screen) through the matrix simultaneously.
2. The MCU and the video wall server are not
in the same physical location.
Before using the video wall server, you
need to understand the its working principle. The MCU contains the signals
transmitted from each conference site to the main site. If the video wall
server is used, these signals can be extracted and transmitted to the display
screen. In this way, you can view the pictures of dozens or even hundreds of
sites. The video wall server displays multiple sites at the same time, which uses
the network port mirroring principle to obtain network video data. The terminal
data is transmitted to the MCU through the network, and the port is mirrored
before the signal enters the MCU. That is, the data of all terminals is copied
to the video wall server. After capturing all terminal signals, the video wall
server analyzes the IP address of the terminal, decodes the signals one by one,
and then outputs the video through the HD DVI port. The mirrored signal must be
directly connected to the video wall server through an independent physical
network cable without passing through any switching or routing device.
The following figure shows the connection
between the video wall server and the MCU. If the MCU is located far away from
the video wall server and cannot be connected to the same mirroring switch,
place a remote transmission module in the place where the video wall server is
to be installed. In this way, the MCU and video wall server can be placed far
away from each other through network directional synchronization.

If the video wall server is far away from
the MCU, the remote transmission module will be required. If the MCU and video
wall server are connected to the same mirroring switch without any switching
device, no other device will be required.
The video wall server obtains the data sent
from the terminal to the MCU in mirroring mode. Therefore, the video wall
server is two independent running systems, which do not affect the original
video conference and the pictures of the following sub-sites can be seen
