1. The laptop is connected to the display through a VGA cable. The sound can be played normally, indicating that the laptop hardware and configuration are correct.
2. Replace the laptop brand. It is found that only some models have this problem. HP840G2 will encounter this problem while Lenovo T460 and DELL E7250 do not have this problem.
