Issue Description

OSN8800 NS4 boards report BP_ODU_LOFLOM alarm after software upgrade,BP_ODU_LOFLOM indicates the loss of ODUk frames and multiframes in the backplane direction of an OTN line board. This alarm is reported when the frame header information of the source board and sink board (the line board that reports the alarm) does not match.

Handling Process

1.The alarm is reported after the software upgrade. It is confirmed that the alarm detection is added in the new version. The alarm parameters are used to check the configured cross-connection. It is found that all the boards involved in the alarm are not online.

2.confirmed customer preconfigures the service, but the actual physical board does not online, in this case, the alarm is normal.

Root Cause

customer preconfigures the service,but but the actual physical board offline

Solution

after the actual physical board online, alarm will disappear.
