Failed to add the server. Possible cause: Failed to query the basic device information alarm
1- Checked basic information with FSE, such as username, password, Protocol ....
2- Checked the same parameters on the E9000 HMM page.
3- Asked FSE to collect the E9000 logs to check from our side
After checking the logs and check with FSE the HMM float IP address, we found that he was adding another management IP, not the float IP.
so we need to add float ip address of E9000 into esight
