When a customer is trying to upload a customized voice file on a U1960, the operation fails (as can be seen below):
When opening the alarms in LMT, we could see the following alarm:
A "show all files" command issued on the U1960 shows only files in flash, but nothing on the SD card.
SD card is faulty
Replacing the SD card with a new good one solved the problem.
