Issue Description

STA can not get IP from DHCP server

1．Login the AC， check the station state ，the Station did not get the right IP

2． Check the VLANIFxxx setting，the VLAN IF did not bind any VPN

3．Ping from AC to DHCP server，it work fine

4.trace the process of the station online ,we found that the packer failed to send to DHCP server

5.Bind the VLANIF xxx to VPN xxx

6.we check the STA can get IP address successful

No VRF was binded under the vlanif which contained the DHCP serevr.
