AR2200 --- LTE card in PowerOff State / InfoGetFail

This router has LTE card installed but LTE is in PowerOff state and it is not clear why. 

After checking the issue indetails and the diagnostic file we found the following :

[Conclusion]

·       the current system software version : V200R007C00SPC900 does not support this card model: AR-1LTE-Lc-S,TDD/FDD/TD-SCDMA/HSPA+ Data Card,1*2

·       upgrade the software version to a version that supports this card model

·       the LTE card installed on slot1 on the device is not supported in the current system software version

·       This card is supported only in V200R008C20 and later versions

·       the current system software version : V200R007C00SPC900 does not support this card model: AR-1LTE-Lc-S
