The northbound interface of the iMaster NCE – Campus platform cannot be accessed from the internet after NAT is configured on the edge device to translate the private IP address of the server to a public IP address.
If a NAT device is between the northbound interface of the server and the administrator trying to access the platform, the public IP address used to translate the private IP address of the server should be added in the SSO server list in iMaster NCE – Campus after logging in with the system administrator account. In this way, we create a trusted login address of the public IP address used to NAT the private IP address of the server.
Example:
Log in to the northbound service plane of iMaster NCE-Campus using the system administrator account and perform the following configurations:
Choose System > System Management > SSO Configuration. On the SSO Server Configuration tab page, click Create and add the public IP address used to NAT the private IP address of the server, and click OK.
