Esight Network not able to access via GUI, but can able to ping the server IP.
1.) Check whether the operating system firewall is turned on.
On Windows:
Choose Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall >
On Customize Settings, select Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) and click OK.
2.) Checked telnet server IP 31943 from PC, it seems 31943 is not reachable, but ping succeeded.
3.) On server, run below command :
netstat -ntulp | grep 31943 ,
The results shows it is listen to default IP 192.168.1.100 , not the IP configured on eth1.
Configuration issue, where the IP address does not configured correctly.
1.) Stopped the eSight service and changed the IP address according to eth1 by referring below link.
2.) Restart the eSight service again. Issue has been resolved and able to access eSight via GUI.
