Some users  cannot connect to the network.

Some users  cannot connect (PCs & Mobiles) to the network. 

- On Windows 7 PCs, when we try to connect to wifi the connecting failed with no spicific error is appeared.

we traced the mac address of one of the users that facing the issue and found that the radius is the one sending the rejection message;

After checking, for wireless 802.1X Authentication, some steps should be done on the Windows 7 device; you should manually deselect Validate server certificate, select Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)

Or we can apply for a certificate from the trusted authorities, and then import the certificate into the Agile server.

- On smart phones, the users should follow these steps to get connecting on wifi:

              1-after selecting the SSID, user should choose CA certificate and choose “Do not validate” as shown below

         2- Set EAP method to PEAP

             3-also user should choose Phase 2 authentication and select  “MSCHAPV2” as shown below:

             3-after that, the user can connect to the network.

For Android users, they need to follow the steps only once, they cannot bypass it.
