One user reported he failed to add Huawei rack server into eSight.
eSight version: eSight V300R010C00SPC600
Server mode: 2288H V5
1.check the communication between eSight server and target rack server. after ping test, it's reachable. and there was no intermediate firewall device in current network.
2.check the interface account name and password, it's correct.
3.check the SNMP protocol version configuration, it's correct.
4.we queried the document of eSight, then we found it advised to create a new user with administrator role, then use the new account connect the eSight server.
There was some limit on native administrator account, so it's not recommend to use the local administrator account to connect eSight.
