When logging in in SmartKit software, it gives the following error:
Activation failed (Refer to the troubleshooting manual: Checking the Certificate).
If no, reinstall SmartKit.
Step 2 After SmartKit is reinstalled, perform the identify authentication again. If the authentication still fails, go to step 3
Step 3 Check whether you can visit the URL https://cloud.smartkit-toolbox.huawei.com/ on browser at the server which SmartKit was installed, if you can visit it, you will get a result like this not an error like Can’t reach this page.if you can not open this URL, please check the firewall make sure the IP(you can ping cloud.smartkit-toolbox.huawei.com to get the IP)and 443 port is allowed.
Step 4 Check whether you can visit the URL https://smartkit-toolbox-flag.huawei.com/toolkit/upd.txt on browser at the server which SmartKit was installed, if you can visit it, you will get a result like this not an error like Can’t reach this page.if you can not open this URL, please check the firewall make sure the IP(you can ping smartkit-toolbox-flag.huawei.com to get the IP)and 443 port is allowed.
The installation has some error or the IPs and ports were blocked at the firewall
If Root CA was lost, we need reinstall the SmartKit.
If the URLs were blocked, allow all these IPs and port 443 at the firewall.
