[Conclusion]
From the previous logs and information we can find the following:
· The alarm indicate that there is memory mismatch in the master and slave MPUs:
The memories of the master and slave MPUs were not consistent Reference Here
· We checked the MPUs master and slave on slot 17 and 18 we found:
They are the same model with the same item BOM Code >> CR56MPUB4/ 03030JTW and they are supported by the device Reference Here
· We checked the memory on each board and found they are not the same size

· The memory size of the master SRU/MPU must be the same as that of the slave SRU/MPU on one device. To be specific, one 2 GB memory is installed on both the master and slave SRUs/MPUs, or two 2 GB memories are installed on both the master and slave SRUs/MPUs. Expand the slave SRU/MPU memory first. After the slave SRU/MPU memory is expanded, if the slave SRU/MPU registers and the device is working normally, you can perform a master/slave SRU/MPU switchover and expand the new slave SRU/MPU memory
Reference Here
The SDRAM on the master and slave MPUs are not the same size
[Solution]
The memory size of MPUs must be the same :
· Insert memory of the same size at the two boards
