Handling Process

Root Cause

A: When meet such problem, please try to check member interfaces with "display wan interface", SDH error cannot be seen with “display interface”. If there are SDH errors, please check transimission, SFP or fibres.
For example,
display wan interface GigabitEthernet 6/1/0

GigabitEthernet6/1/0 current state:Administratively DOWN
Line protocol current state:UP
Physical layer is Packet Over SDH
Scramble enabled, clock master, CRC-32, loopback: none
WAN full-duplex mode ,Pause Flowcontrol:Receive Enable and Send Enable
SDH alarm:
section layer: OOF LOF
line layer: LAIS
path layer: PPLM
SDH error:
section layer: B1 1356498
line layer: B2 1380621 REI 11304
path layer: B3 1279483 REI 115740
WAN Alarm : none
