Huawei completed the following steps to diagnose the problem:
1. Checked Layer 2 configurations. The configurations were correct.
2. Checked Eth-Trunk interface configurations. Link-share was enabled. RSTP was enabled and bound to STP process 53.
port link-type trunk
port trunk allow-pass vlan 2003 2005 to 2010 3100 3102 to 3104 3359 3379 to 3380 4000 4090
stp binding process 53 link-share
3. Queried the STP enabling/disabling status and the configurations of STP process 53. STP was not enabled globally. STP process 53 was configured as follows:
stp process 53
stp mode rstp
#If link-share is enabled, multiple access rings and MSTP processes of an interface on the shared link calculate interface status separately. Therefore, multiple status values exist for an interface, causing the problem.
