Huawei checked the MSTP configurations of each service.
The short message service with VLAN32 and NMS service with VLAN59 were bound with instance 0, and the customer service with VLAN32 was bound with instance 1.When the customer service was disabled, the topology of instance 0 changed and MSTP re-calculation occurred. As a result, the MAC address table was cleared and ARP entries were updated.
A link change in non-instance 0 affected services in instance 0.
Put the short message service and NMS service into another instance by issuing:
instance 1 vlan 33 ...... instance 2 vlan 32 59 ......
A link change in non-instance 0 causes topology re-calculation, clearing of the MAC address table, and an ARP entry update for instance 0. Do not bind service VLANs to instance 0.
