How to change the rate of the FC port on the switch board?

Issue Description
The rate of the FC port on the switch board needs to be changed onsite to ensure that the HBA, FC port, and host port have the same rate.

Handling Process
1. Use the serial port or Telnet to log in to the FC module by referring to the Tecal T8000 FC Module User Guide.
2. To change the rate of port 5 from 4 Gbit/s to 2 Gbit/s, run swd77:admin> portcfgspeed 5 2. 5 indicates port 5 and 2 indicates 2 Gbit/s.
3. Run the following commands to view the latest port rate.
