A Shadow Disk Occurs After EMC Powerpath is Uninstalled

Issue Description
The user uninstalls EMC powerpath successfully. No error occurs during the uninstall process.
In Device Manager, multiple paths exist under SCSI and RAID controller.
In Device Manager, a shadow disk can be viewed under Disk Drives. The shadow disk is unusable but occupies a drive letter.

Handling Process
Correctly uninstall EMC powerpath on the server and then restart the server.
On the EMC storage, disable the array commpath.
Delete the DGC Lunz Driver and the redundant link.
On the EMC storage, delete the LUN mapped to the server. Then restart the server or scan for disks again. The shadow disk disappears.
Root Cause
An array commpath of the EMC storage is enabled by default.
It automatically discovers links, so the disk paths still exist when the multipathing software is uninstalled on the server.
Uninstall EMC powerpath in correct procedure.
