2.26 TC-A2026 The Device Cannot Be Powered on Because a Resistance Falls Off

Issue Description

One device works for a while and then the device is powered off. When the device is powered on again, the screen is black and the system power indicator on the front panel of the chassis is off.

Handling Process
   Step 1     Switch off the device power supply to power off the device. 
    Step 2     Replace the chassis (an integrated component of the cabinet).


Root Cause

1.         If the system power indicator on the front panel of the chassis is off, powering on the device is not complete.

2.         Log in to the ISM to check the alarm information. No exceptions are displayed.

3.         Check the sensor list on the ISM and find no exceptions except that VTT_0V9, VTT_1V1, and CPU_VCCP are 0 V. It indicates that the mainboard is faulty.

4.         The source reason for the faulty is that the pull up resistance of the GP of VDD_1V8_FBD2 falls off. As a result, the device cannot be powered on.
