2.4 TC-A2104 The Device Fails to Be Shut Down

Issue Description
Related information about the product and version: the T3200 and the T3500 G2
In Red Hat 4.3, run the shutdown -h now command to shut down the device, but the device fails to be shut down and the screen is displayed as shown in Figure 2-7.

Handling Process
 Handle the fault remotely.1.         Log in to the ISM interface.
2.         Click Device Configuration > Boot OS, as shown in Figure 2-8.

3.         Select Shutdown and click OK. Try several times and refresh the interface until the system status changes to OFF.
l   Handle the fault on site.
Hold down the system power switch for over four seconds, as shown in Figure 2-9 and Figure 2-10.

Root Cause
The shutdown command is performed. The device, however, the device fails to receive the shutdown command.
