Abnormal communication on the ISM interface.
1. Check whether you can access the VIS6000 by logging in to the CLI.
If the background program of the ISM AGENT does not run yet, you can access the VIS6000 only by logging in to the CLI. If the fault persists after more attempts, check the running status of the network.
2. Check that the ISM does not re-discover the device but refreshes the interface after the device is restarted.
After the device is restarted, exit the ISM. Next, re-log in to the ISM and discover the device, or re-discover the device after the device is deleted on the ISM.
3. If the fault persists, seek technical support.
