Check whether attribute data is configured on the interfaces of the backup groups. If there is no data channel with attribute data in the VGMP management groups, the status of VGMP is Initialize. In this case, run the add interface command to add a certain VRRP backup group that is related to the interface to the VRRP management group and specify the data channel.

In normal cases, after the HRP function is enabled, there is prefix HRP_M or HRP_S in the command line prompt, which indicates the master or slave device respectively. If there is no HRP prefix in the command line prompt after the HRP function is enabled, the possible causes are as follows:
Cause one: The interface is not in Up state.
Cause two: The configuration of the management group is incorrect.
