Issue Description
l           iNVS V100R002C01
l           iNVS V100R002C02
Videos from an encoder have mosaics.
Alarm Information
Handling Process

Uninstall the current PVM and install the PVM that is compatible with the upgraded encoder.

Root Cause
Cause analysis:
1.         When you use another encoder for the same video source, the videos are normal.
2.         The previous encoder has been upgraded.
The target version of the encoder is not in the Industrial Video Surveillance Solution Compatibility List.
The videos are encoded by the encoder and decoded by the PVM software. The NVR does not encode or decode videos. Therefore, before you connect or upgrade a peripheral unit, ensure that the peripheral unit is in the Industrial Video Surveillance Solution Compatibility List.
