How to troubleshoot the failure to bind iSCSI ports of the OceanStor S2600?

Issue Description
During the initial configuration of an S2600 on a deployment site, Huawei engineers tried to bind iSCSI ports on the CLI, but an error occurred. The S2600 is configured with a single controller. The command is as follows:
chgiscsiip -c A -p 0 -a -s -m 1
The error information is displayed as follows:
Error chgiscsiip: The command format is wrong.
Usage: chgiscsiip -c controller ID [-p Port ID] -a IP address -s subnet mask -m config mode

Root Cause
The entered command parameters for binding iSCSI ports are incorrect. The parameter –m 1 indicates to bind iSCSI ports, and the parameter –p is not required. The parameter –m 3 indicates to unbind iSCSI ports, and the parameter –p is required.
Use the correct parameters when binding ports. Furthermore, ports on the combo interface cannot be bound.
