The industrial video surveillance (iNVS) service information needs to be collected at a deployment site for fault diagnosis.

Handling Process

Step 1  Prepare a network video recorder (NVR) device with the professional storage management (PSM) service system. You can access the internal NVR system by either of the following ways:
  1. Connect to the NVR device directly using the VGA interface display, USB-port keyboard and mouse, or PS/2 to USB-port keyboard and mouse.
  2. Log in to the NVR device remotely using a remote login tool such as the SecureCrt, SSH, or Putty.
Step 2  Log in to the Enterprise Storage Management (ESM) server using the SSH. Run the cd /hinvs/tools/LogTools/ command to go to the script directory, as shown in the following:
