There are several reasons for access failed, first is purchase access amount failed at client in license authorization, second is exceptional exit and account hasn’t logout lead to prompt user already accessed if access with this account again, third is license allows many users to access, but exceptional exit for some user exists lead to prompt license reaches max capacity when other account input username and password for access.
Resolution for the first reason:
Open up license file in “%N2000ROOT%\server\license” directory, review LSW1CONN01 field which controls the access amount at monitor client. If the value of this field is 0, it shows that access amount hasn’t purchased, if not 0, access failed when the amount of user more than this value.
Resolution for the second reason:
Open up application: start - - > application - - > imanger - - > system monitor, stop security process in system monitor client, delete file “%N2000ROOT%\server\conf\userlist.sav”, start security process in system monitor client.
Resolution for the third reason:
For the editions upwards v5r3: start report server, click “iWEB report service manager” dialog in taskbar at right down corner of computer, chose “built-in security” check box, click “yes” in pop-up dialog.
For the editions downwards v5r3, resolution is the same with the second reason.
Caused by the control of license and security protection.
Avoid exceptional exit when logout N2000.
