The results of the check-up log are always empty

Issue Description
Log on the Secospace eLog, check all types of logs, the results are always empty
Alarm Information
Handling Process
1 Make sure the equipment creates the logs, and the log wasn’t filtrated by the log filter policy
2 Open the function of log delivery in the firewall. Find the operation en details in the “Eudemon/USG firewall log basic configuration”
3 Check the connection line between the disk chassis and the server. Make sure the connection is good
4 Make sure the disk chassis is already electrified
5 Restart the server which exist the log collection.
Root Cause
1 The equipment correspondence hasn’t the logs
2 The firewall hasn’t configured the log delivery
3 The log was filtrated by the log filter policy
4 The connection line between the disk chassis and the server is loose
5 First electrify the server, and then the disk chassis, the operation system only load the disk chassis when it start-up
