Fail to boot S5600T due to connection problem of miniSAS cable after power on

Issue Description
Newly installed S5600T,  including one controller enclosure and one disk enclosure. Insert power cables to disk enclosure, light of disks remain off.  Then insert power cables to controller enclosure and press power button, light of all disks in disk enclosure still keep off. Login in S5600T with serial cable, it appears as below

Handling Process
In this case, I insert miniSAS cable to correct port, but does not connect properly because the equipment is installed at the bottom of a rack, it’s different to force the cable to fully plug in
Root Cause
S5600T is a processor and disk separated system, coffer disks are located at first disk enclosure.  In normal case, S5600T needs coffer disks to initialize system, and light of disks keeps sparkling.
According to light status of coffer disk, it indicates that the connectivity between processor enclosure and disk enclosure is incorrect.
Take the following steps to check miniSAS connectivity
Step 1: make sure miniSAS port in controller enclosure is the P0 and in disk enclosure is PRI
Step 2: make sure miniSAS cable is properly inserted to the port
Step 3: change a miniSAS cable just in case of broken cable
Take care of miniSAS cable connectivity, make sure it properly and fully connects
