The customer checks if the user in the group administrators. After customer confirmed, the user is in the group administrators. After restart the server and login again, customer tries to install eSight software again, but meet the same problem again.
From the screenshots which the customer reverted, we find that the language of operating system that the customer used is Spanish, As following:
But now, Spanish is not supported by the current eSight software. The eSight software only supports the English version and Chinese simplified operating systems. If the language of the operating system is not supported, the eSight software gets the current group which the login user is member of it will not be “Administrators”, because in Spanish, the group is not these character, so the eSight software notice “the current user is not in group Administrators” even if you add the user to Administrators group. The root cause is the language of operating system is not supported by eSight software.
So the customer needs to change his operation system to English version.
