Issue Description
The BMU fails to obtain all CDRs.
Handling Process
Step 1 Ensure that the BillAgent on the PC server is disabled when enabling the CDR import function on the BMU.

Step 2 If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.

Root Cause
BillAgent and the CDR import function on the BMU are both enabled.
