IPC Logo Not Displayed on the Login Page

Issue Description
Applicable Models:
All IPC models.


On the login page of the IPC web system, text boxes are incorrectly displayed and no IPC logo is displayed.

Handling Process
Step 1 Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options.

The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.

Step 2 On the General tab page, click Delete in the Browsing history area, and delete cached data as prompted, as shown in Figure 3-11.

Step 3 Restart Internet Explorer.

Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
Root Cause
The cache of Internet Explorer is full.
