Issue Description

An IPC sends ping packets intermittently after an SD card is inserted into the IPC. The web page of the IPC cannot be accessed.
Handling Process
Step 1 Upgrade the IPC to the latest version.
  • If the IPC sends ping packets normally, no further operation is required.
  • If the fault persists, go to Step 2.
Step 2 Replace the SD card.

   Back up the recording data in the SD card before replace the SD card.
   The following storage cards are recommended:
  SD Card: SanDisk(8GB, class4), Kingston (8GB & 32GB, class4)
  Micro SD Card: Kingston (32GB, class4)

Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
Root Cause
The possible causes are as follows:
  • The IPC software version is too low.
  • The IPC does not support the SD card.
