Issue Description

This fault may occur on all IPC models.


The online help information cannot be viewed on the web client.
Handling Process
Step 1 Clear the Internet Explorer cache.

1. Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options.

The system displays the Internet Options dialog box, as shown in Figure 3-28.

2. Click Delete and delete the Internet Explorer cache following onscreen instructions.

Step 2 Restart Internet Explorer browser.

Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
Root Cause
An exception occurs on the Internet Explorer cache.
