After an always-off-hook agent answers the first call and hangs up, the agent is automatically set to busy.
1. Log in to the web configuration console as a system administrator (ID/password: 1/cti-1234).
2. Choose Web Configuration Console > System Configuration > CCS/Media Server > CTI Configuration.
3. Click the Basic Info tab and set CP Conference to Enable.
4. Click Submit.
5. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
On the web configuration console, CP Conference is set to Disable.
