Faults that Occur on the Agent Client When the Firefox Is Used

Issue Description
This topic describes how to rectify the faults that occur on the Agent Client when you use the Firefox to log in to the Agent Client.
Handling Process
 When no service is available on the Agent Client, perform the following steps to rectify the fault:
1. Enter about:config in the address box of the Firefox.
2. Double-click browser.cache.disk.enable and browser.cache.offline.enable in the configuration item list and set both the values to false.
 When the Agent Client cannot be automatically displayed, perform the following steps to rectify the fault:
1. Open Firefox and choose Tools > Options.
The Options page is displayed.
2. Click the Content tab and select Enable JavaScript, as shown in Figure 5-7.

3. Click Advanced.
The Advanced JavaScript Settings page is displayed.
4. Select Raise or lower windows.
5. Click OK.
The Options page is displayed.
6. Click OK.
The settings are saved.

The Firefox is incorrectly configured.
