The ResourceManager (RM) version is out of date and does not support conferences using high settings. Contact the RM administrator to check whether the RM version is compatible with the endpoint software version. If the two versions are incompatible, upgrade the RM version.
The endpoint is not registered with or has failed to register with a GK. Therefore, no H.323 multipoint calls can be set up. Re-register the endpoint with the GK. For details about how to register with the GK, see
What Can I Do If My Endpoint Fails to Register with the GK?

The IP address resources of the hosting MCU were insufficient. Lower the conference settings using either of the following methods:

From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Conference. Alternatively, from the web interface, choose System Settings > Protocol > Conference.
Restore all parameters on the Conference screen or page to their default settings.

On the conference scheduling screen or page, set Rate to a smaller value.
