FAQ-How Can I Remove the Packet Loss Icon in the Upper Right Corner of the Screen

Publication Date:  2015-08-07 Views:  488 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
A packet loss icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the remote controlled UI. How can I remove that icon?
To remove the packet loss icon:

1. From the remote controlled UI, choose Settings > Display > Packet Loss Threshold. Alternatively, from the web interface, choose System Settings > Display > Icon > Packet Loss Threshold.

2. Set threshold A to a larger value. For example, set threshold A to 20% and threshold B to 30%.

By comparing the packet loss rate on the current network with threshold A and threshold B, the endpoint determines whether to display the packet loss icon on the remote controlled UI. The policy is as follows:

Threshold A must be smaller than threshold B. The value range is 0.1% to 100%.
The default values for threshold A and threshold B are 1% and 5% respectively.

If the packet loss rate is less than or equal to threshold A, no packet loss icon is displayed.
If the packet loss rate is between threshold A and threshold B,  is displayed.
If the packet loss rate is greater than or equal to threshold B,  is displayed
