FAQ-Failure to Export the Local Address Book

Issue Description
When a user logs in to the HD terminal on web pages and clicks Export from Local Address Book on the Address Book page, the dialog box for selecting a save path is not displayed.
This problem is caused by the web browser and can be solved as follows:

Step 1 Open Internet Explorer.

Step 2 Choose Tools > Internet Options, and click the Security tab.

Step 3 Click Custom Level and enable all options under Downloads in the dialog box that is displayed.

Step 4 Click OK.
