Speakers Do Not Play the Sound Picked Up by Microphones

Issue Description
The cable connection is correct, and the speaker can play the test tone. However, the sound picked up by the microphones cannot be heard.
Handling Process
Step 1 Verify that the cable connection on the microphones is correct.

Step 2 Verify that the microphone ports are grouped.

1. On the telepresence host web interface, right-click Audio Ports.

2. On the displayed option menu, select Settings.

3. Check that the microphones are grouped as shown in Figure 3-3.

Step 3 Verify that the microphone groups are activated.

3. Right-click Audio Ports and select Control.
    The Control Audio Ports page is displayed.

4. Check that Activate microphone is selected, as shown in Figure 3-4.

Root Cause
The microphone cable connection is incorrect, or the microphone groups are not activated.
