After the telepresence host is successfully upgraded and restarted, the web interface indicates that the telepresence host's version does not match the touch panel's software version.
For cause 1:
Step 1 Connect the touch panel to the telepresence host again.
Step 2 Upgrade the touch panel again.
To upgrade the touch panel from V100R001C01B022SP01 to a later version, see section 5.7 "How to Install the Telepresence Application on the Touch Panel."
For cause 2:
The process of downloading the telepresence application may take less than 1 minute. During this period of time, if you operate the touch panel, the touch panel may switch to another screen. Therefore, you may have missed the onscreen instructions for installing the application.
To address this issue:
Touch the file and follow the onscreen instructions to install the application.
If the touch panel does not prompt you to install the application, open the file management folder on the touch panel, locate the application save path, click Huawei Telepresence, and follow the onscreen instructions to install the application.
The touch panel and telepresence host are not connected to each other properly, as indicated on the web interface.
You may have missed the onscreen instructions after the download process ends.
