SMC2.0, Can’t add new participant into the meeting.

Publication Date:  2015-12-30 Views:  538 Downloads:  0
Issue Description

After the meeting is scheduled, when adding new participant into the meeting, there’s an error as follows.

SMC 2.0: V100R003C10SPC900

RSE6500: V100R001C00SPC300

Handling Process

With double check, this issue only happens when using Record Server as follows. If don’t use Record Server, no such issue.

If choose “Auto” for “Video recording protocol” and “Recording format”, the negotiated format is H.264HP 1080P. With this format, the RSE will use the bandwidth of 1300 bit/s, which SMC doesn’t support.

For the participant which is already in the conference, there’s no problem. While if wants to add new participant, the SMC will check the bandwidth value and give error prompt.

<Message>RecordResultToRse ConfId:d778bdc9-1e7f-4971-99c6-4dbeaaa7b3c1 from RseRcdDstStream MainVideo Format:P1080, Protocol:H264HP, Bandwidth:1300, IsSupportAmc=True</Message>

As one temp solution: when initiating a conference, manually select the format and avoid the format of H.264HP 1080P.
