Issue Description

S5700 connects to third party syslog server, then syslog server will records the logs of S5700. After he configures the command ‘clock timezone UTC add 03:00:00 on switch, it can’t show the time correctly. For example, the current time is 21:11, while logs time is 08:35.

      (1)   In fact, when device send the syslog, it use UTC time. for example, the current time is 15:11, while the UTC time is 12:12, so the log time shows 12:12, then it needs syslog server to transfer the time to clock time zone , while if the syslog server can’t transfer, then it will show as the following :

(2) If the syslog server can’t transfer the time zone , we can use the command ‘info-center loghost x.x.x.x local-time’ to solve this problem .
