Customer confirm he is on "Microsoft Exchange".

Provide guide to configure Microsoft Exchange.

For exchange mail server, we suggest to enable Basic Authentication and Integrated Windows Authentication to solve the issue.

1)  For Exchange 2007 and 2010, please open Exchange Management Console->Hub Transport-> receive Connectors->Properties (like bellow screenshot). Then enable authentication mode like bellow.

2)  For Exchange 2013 or 2016, please open Exchange admin center, find the connectors , then edit the authentication mode at security page.

Storage system supports PLAIN and LOGIN authentication mechanisms. Hence we need to confirm this point with customer before configure.
