Network Communication Failure After A Command Is Executed to Restart the Network

Issue Description
After a user runs the service network restart command on a Computing Node Agent (CNA) node to restart the network, the storage plane network and the VM network on the CNA node are interrupted. 
Alarm Information
Handling Process
1. Log in to the FusionCompute portal and locate the real-time alarm whose ID is 15.1006005. If the alarm cannot be located, wait for 5 to 10 minutes, and query the alarm again.

2. Click the alarm ID and handle the alarm based on the alarm help.
Root Cause
After the service network restart command is executed on a CNA node to restart the network, all network configuration of the CNA node will be deleted, interrupting network communication.
