My Products provides your personalized information, and receives information that is dynamically pushed. You can manage the maintenance information of parts here in a visualized manner. On My Products, you can manage all your products, quickly search for the maintenance status of a product, and easily view the product documents, cases, videos, and notices.
On the My Products screen of the HiKnow App, you can add products and components to manage products in a centralized manner. Components and products added to My Products are displayed in the My Products list.
You can view all documents and maintenance information about added products in the My Products list.
Log in to the HiKnow App by using your personal account. Tap Manage on the right of My Products, and tap Add Component.
Scan the bar code or enter the SN, for example, 2102114188P0G8000031. Tap OK to add the CloudEngine12800 component to My Products.
In the My Products list, tap CloudEngine12800 to view its maintenance information, or access the product homepage to view related documents, cases, videos, and notices.
After products and related components are added to My Products, you can view documents and maintenance status of the products and components at any time.
Log in to the HiKnow App by using your personal account. Tap Manage on the right of My Products, and tap Add Product.
Enter a product name, for example, S5700, and tap OK to add S5700 to My Products. Then S5700 is displayed under My Products on the homepage.
Tap S5700 in the My Products list on the homepage to view all related materials of S5700.
