可能原因
GRE function is disabled：GRE功能对应的PAF（PAF_LCS_TUNNEL_SPECS_GRE_FUNC_ENABLED）被关闭。
Tunnel interface is shutdown：GRE Tunnel接口被shutdown。
Source or destination check is incorrect：GRE Tunnel接口的源或目的信息配置错误。
Tunnel interface has no ip address：GRE Tunnel接口没有配置IPv4地址或IPv6地址。
Source interface is deleted：GRE Tunnel接口指定的源接口不存在。
Tunnel recursion overload：GRE Tunnel接口的源接口嵌套层数大于2层。
Tunnel interface has no destination：GRE Tunnel接口没有配置目的地址。
Source interface is not up：GRE Tunnel接口指定的源接口状态为Down。
TSU board is inactive：GRE Tunnel接口绑定接口板错误或GRE功能对应的License没有打开。
Different VRFs for source and destination：GRE Tunnel接口的目的地址所属的VPN实例与源接口所属的VPN实例不同。
Slot is not up：GRE Tunnel接口所在接口板物理状态为Down。
Destination IP is same as tunnel IP：GRE Tunnel接口的目的地址与Tunnel接口自身的IP地址相同。
Out interface cannot be tunnel interface：GRE Tunnel接口的目的地址路由出接口为Tunnel接口本身。
No route to destination：GRE Tunnel接口的目的地址无路由可达。
Keepalive is unreachable：GRE Tunnel接口的keepalive保活功能检测超时。
Tunnel forwarding information is incorrect：GRE Tunnel接口的转发表项错误。
Out Interface Of Tunnel Is Wrong Under Route-Via Mandatory Mode：严格指定出接口的情况下，GRE Tunnel的出接口错误。
Hybrid Bonding request not Success：使用GRE Tunnel做混合绑定时，申请创建隧道失败。
Both bonding master and backup destination can't make tunnel up：GRE Tunnel接口的主备目的地址都无法使隧道状态变为Up。
Invalid information：未知原因。
BFD is down：BFD会话Down。
处理步骤
- GRE function is disabled：正确使用PAF（PAF_LCS_TUNNEL_SPECS_GRE_FUNC_ENABLED）。
- Tunnel interface is shutdown：在接口视图下对GRE Tunnel接口执行undo shutdown操作。
- Source or destination check failed：为GRE Tunnel接口配置正确的源或目的信息。
- Tunnel interface has no ip address：为GRE Tunnel接口配置正确IPv4或IPv6地址。
- Source interface is deleted：为GRE Tunnel接口配置正确的源接口。
- Tunnel recursion overload：减少GRE Tunnel源接口的嵌套层数小于等于2层。
- Tunnel interface has no destination：为GRE Tunnel接口配置正确的目的地址。
- Source interface is not up：为GRE Tunnel接口指定正确的源接口。
- TSU board is inactive：为GRE Tunnel接口绑定正确的接口板或打开GRE功能对应的License。
- Different VRFs for source and destination：确保GRE Tunnel接口的目的地址所属的VPN实例与源接口所属的VPN实例相同。
