Incorrect Page Display of the Support Website

When users browse documents on the Support website, the page display is incorrect on some browsers.

Possible Causes

l  The Internet Explorer version is outdated.

l  The Internet Explorer compatibility view is enabled.



·       l   Upgrade the browser to Internet Explorer 11 or use the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Opera.

·       l  Switch the Internet Explorer to the standard mode. 

1.        In an Internet Explorer, press F12 or choose Tools > Developer Tools from the main menu. The Developer Tools dialog box is displayed.  

2.    In the menu bar, click Browser Mode and choose the corresponding Internet explorer version from the drop-down list.

For example, you should choose Internet Explorer 7 from the drop-down list when you are using Internet explorer 7.
