1) Service Description

Who: SGSN, MME, or combined SGSN/MME

Why: to provide guidance to configure data scripts for devices

When: from the time equipment is delivered to the time equipment is properly running

Where: CGP and USN9810 configuration scripts executed on the client

How: configuring USN9810 data in sequence during the initial configuration, involving the configuration of device information, local office information, interworking data, and basic service data

This topic describes the initial configuration of the USN9810 functioning as an SGSN, MME, or a combined SGSN/MME. 

Initial configuration is the process of creating data scripts for a device to run properly after delivery. Initial configuration does not involve data adjustment or feature data configuration performed after the USN9810 runs properly.
