The system time on the CG9812 server must be consistent with that on the GSN/UGW. If the system times are not consistent, synchronize the system time on the server.

Procedure
  1. Log in to the LMT of the GSN/UGW and check the system time.
  2. As Administrator, perform the following steps on the two CG9812 servers.
  3. In Control Panel, open Date and Time.
    • If the system is not installed with the NTP client, go to 4.
    • If the system is installed with the NTP client, go to 5.

In version 300R001C25 version or an earlier version, setting the system time may cause abnormal CDR files. In this case, to correctly set the system time, contact Huawei by dialing the customer service number provided in the title page.

  4. In the Time group box on the Date & Time tab, if the time on the CG9812 server is not consistent with that on the GSN/UGW, change the time on the CG9812 server. To change the time, double-click the hour, minute, or second, and then click the arrows to increase or decrease the value. Then click OK.
  5. Check whether the Windows Time service runs normally. If the service runs normally, it indicates that the NTP process runs normally.

For more details, see Checking the Services of the CG9812 Serve
