3900&5900 Series Base Station Performance Counter Reference
1. Application Description 1) Service Description
A performance counter defines the measurement items of a measurement object and can be used for network performance assessment, network optimization, and fault detection. The following concepts help you better understand a performance counter:

The performance counter references of all versions are described by object. The following figure shows the document structure. ![]() 2. Highlights 1) The counter relationship is provided in SingleRAN8.0 and later. In SingleRAN8.0 and later, counter relationship is added to the description of the function subset. Therefore, you can conveniently query and understand counter relationships covering counters of a maximum of nine levels. ![]() 2) Performance counters can be filtered by mode in SingleRAN9.0 and later In SingleRAN9.0 and later, the co-MPT base stations, NodeB, and eNodeB share one performance counter reference. Node Performance Counter Measurement and the performance counter reference corresponding to a network mode are provided for each mode. The Node resource module manages equipment and transmission resources, and Node Performance Counter Measurement contains all counters related to equipment and transmission of each mode. - You can learn about the mode to which a counter applies based on information displayed under Applicable Mode in the Counters section. ![]() - If you want to know specific counters applicable to a certain mode, see the Applicable Mode column in Node Performance Counter Summary under Node Performance Counter Measurement. ![]() 3.
